An Agile Organisation is an organisation that utilses that values and principles stated in the Agile Manifesto throughout the entire organisation. An Agile Organsiation uses these to maximise it’s ability to respond to the challenges posed by the ‘new normal’. Where the ‘new normal’ is the ever changing, post covid world of the 4th Industrial Revolution World.
